Starfish Developments moves the earth for Hamilton Hill at Woodforde

The earth literally moved on Tuesday 6 June when award-winning Starfish Developments celebrated breaking the dirt at its new Hamilton Hill development in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs.

“This was a time to bring the wider team together on-site to acknowledge the hard work and effort everyone has invested in helping create this exciting new master-planned community,” says managing director Damon Nagel.

“The occasion marked a significant milestone, with all initial key ground and civil works being completed and the first slabs for the townhouses ready to go.”

More than 1500 people registered via the Hamilton Hill website before it was publicly launched and almost all the dwellings for phase one have already been sold. Early bird residents are expected to move in around autumn next year.

There’s still time to buy says Damon, with house and land packages offering exceptional value. He recommends in particular the three bedroom turnkey houses designed by architect Enzo Caroscio that will run along Glen Stuart Road. Each has a 3 metre vaulted entry hall, landscaping and space for parking two cars.

“Hamilton Hill really is a special spot, so close to great schools and shopping, yet surrounded by rural landscapes, birds and koalas. We expect the development to make a very positive difference to the area, bringing people together, attracting new businesses and helping to create a new vibrancy.”

Immediately adjacent Morialta Conservation Park, the site retains about six hectares of green open space, giving access to the great outdoors with cycle and walking trails – the perfect balance of urban and rural.
